Dublin University Law Journal marks 50 years of the Law Reform Commission

The Dublin University Law Journal (DULJ) has published a special issue marking the Law Reform Commission’s 50th anniversary.

The Commission stated: “It was a pleasure for the Commission to collaborate with DULJ on this issue, and we are grateful to the editors and contributors for their engagement with the Commission’s work and history. We look forward to continuing the conversation on law reform and its role in shaping a modern, accessible legal system.”

The Law Reform Commission was established under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 and its role is to keep the law under review and recommend reforms.
