Alan Bissett

Mr Bissett is dual-qualified in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales and brings more than 30 years’ experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors.

He has held senior positions leading major corporate and commercial practices in Belfast.

His work spans corporate transactions, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance with particular depth in the energy, utilities and renewables sectors.

He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing structures and complex commercial negotiations, including for clients operating in highly regulated environments.

Alongside his legal practice, Mr Bissett brings valuable board-level insight, having previously served two terms as a non-executive director on the board of Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners.
