Northern Ireland firm Turley Legal has launched a real estate practice following the appointment of a new senior associate and solicitor.

Ciara Christie has joined the firm as a senior associate, having previously worked in a top-tier law firm in Belfast. She has significant property experience, both commercial and residential, and has worked in the real estate sector since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.

Amy Glasgow has joined the firm as a solicitor, having qualified through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies (IPLS) in 2022. She works in both the corporate and real estate teams, with a particular interest in commercial property transactions.

The new real estate team advises on areas including acquisition and disposal, lease negotiation (on behalf of both landlords and tenants), property-based secured lending transactions, real estate development, management of property portfolios and boundary disputes.

Turley Legal, which has offices in Coleraine and Belfast, previously announced three appointments to its corporate team in December 2022.
