Sweeney Solicitors in merger with James J. Kelly Solicitors
Medical negligence and personal injury firm Sweeney Solicitors has merged with Templemore-based James J. Kelly Solicitors.
The tie-up marks a significant expansion of Sweeney Solicitors, which already has offices in Cork, Dublin and Limerick, into Co Tipperary.
James J. Kelly Solicitors was founded in 1956 by the late James J. Kelly, father of Joe Kelly, who stays on as consultant solicitor.
Aaron Sweeney has also returned to Sweeney Solicitors as partner and head of litigation.
Managing partner David Sweeney said the merger “marks a significant milestone for our firm as we expand our presence into County Tipperary, building on the proud tradition established by the Kelly family”.
“We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to serving both new and longstanding clients with an even broader range of legal services,” he added.
“Thank you to all who have supported both firms over the years. We are proud to move forward together with shared values, a client-first approach, and a strong vision for the future.”
