Ms Kirk joined P.A. Duffy & Co in 2023 and commenced her solicitor training in September 2024. Since then, she has developed her experience working on a number of high-profile and complex matters, establishing herself as a valued member of the firm’s legal team.

Working within the firm’s human rights department, Ms Kirk has played a key role in supporting clients involved in major public inquiries, including the Covid-19 Inquiry and the Omagh Bombing Inquiry.  She has also been involved in assisting women affected by the cervical screening scandal.

Alongside her work in human rights, Sarah has also become an integral member of P.A. Duffy & Co’s planning & environmental team.
