She has developed particular expertise in commercial leasing, regularly advising both landlords and tenants on the negotiation of agreements for lease, licences for works, rent review provisions, and break options, helping clients navigate complex leasing arrangements with confidence.

In addition, Ms Killeen has extensive experience advising on the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial, retail, and industrial properties, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of their real estate investments.
