Leaders on Arts Boards has helped hundreds of professionals develop their governance skills while strengthening Northern Ireland’s arts and cultural sector. Open to people from all industries and backgrounds, the programme pairs expert-led boardroom training with hands-on placements, matching participants with arts organisations suited to their interests, experience and ambitions.
