Northern Ireland firm Millar McCall Wylie has donated £10,000 to Autism NI following a busy year of fundraising initiatives for the charity.

The law firm has donated £40,000 to local causes over the last three years, through its annual charity partnership programme and other community support projects.

Throughout 2025, staff from the firm championed several creative fundraising ideas, from a gruelling sponsored 15-mile walk through the Mournes to an incredible four-person Skydive and a sold-out festive theatre event, as well as many more activities in between.

Director Emma Rooney said: “We are extremely proud to have presented £10,000 to Autism NI, an incredible organisation whose services foster inclusivity throughout our communities, a vision we share a passion for.

“Selecting our annual charity partner is an important and rewarding part of our company culture. Each year, we see our team throwing their energy and enthusiasm into fundraising on top of their very busy work schedules. It is fantastic to see how enriching staff find the experience and a real reward as we hand over that cheque each year.

“In addition to raising funds, we hope our partnerships help raise awareness of the vital role these charitable organisations play in our society. Many thanks to Autism NI for working in partnership with us over the last twelve months and for the commendable work they do every day.”

Sorcha Mathews, corporate fundraising manager at Autism NI, added: “We are extremely grateful to Millar McCall Wylie for this generous donation, and for all their hard work and support over the past 12 months.

“Partnerships like this are essential in helping us raise awareness and build a more inclusive society for everyone.

“The support of the team at Millar McCall Wylie has been transformational for Autism NI services throughout Northern Ireland, and these funds will go directly towards our services, helping autistic people and their families access support when they need it most.

“We can’t thank this incredible team enough.”
