Mark O’Shaughnessy joins Dentons as partner

Dentons has appointed Mark O’Shaughnessy as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution team in Dublin.
Mr O’Shaughnessy joins the firm from Byrne Wallace Shields LLP, where he was a partner in the litigation and investigations practice.
He advises domestic and international organisations on complex litigation with a particular focus on intellectual property, technology, data and corporate disputes.
His clients are from a range of sectors including financial services, education, health, life science and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT).
Mr O’Shaughnessy also has extensive experience of providing business leaders with regulatory and crisis management advice during data breaches, cyber attacks, financial misappropriation and corporate governance incidents.
