New real estate partner and knowledge lawyer at RDJ

RDJ has announced two senior appointments, with Martin O’Callaghan promoted to partner in its real estate practice and Angie Wills joining the firm as a knowledge lawyer.

Having joined RDJ in 2015, Mr O’Callaghan and has considerable experience in working on the full range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinances and leasing across all asset types as well as large-scale strategic development sites.

Ms Wills brings to the firm over 12 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer in UK law firms including Linklaters and Dentons, and has extensive expertise in knowledge management, legal risk and compliance.

Since joining RDJ, she has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s knowledge framework, working closely with partners and legal teams to implement systems, tools and processes that support efficient and effective legal delivery.

In her new role, Ms Wills will lead RDJ’s firm‑wide knowledge strategy, providing strategic support to lawyers, strengthening training and collaboration and championing the use of AI and other innovative tools to enhance client outcomes and support the firm’s continued growth.
