Dentons hires Craig Kenny as Dublin real estate partner

Global law firm Dentons has recruited Craig Kenny as a partner in its real estate practice in Dublin.

Mr Kenny has advised on a number of the largest and most significant real estate transactions in the Irish market over the last 10 years.

He has broad practice encompassing all aspects of commercial real estate work including development, construction, property finance, commercial, landlord and tenant and portfolio acquisition.

He also advises in relation to the acquisition and development of data centres and build-to-rent (BTR)/private rented sector (PRS) schemes, and his experience includes advising on the real estate aspects of large mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Kenny’s clients include institutions, pension funds, property companies, financial institutions, overseas investors and international retailers.

He joins Dentons’ UK, Ireland, and Middle East (UKIME) real estate group, giving his client base access to more than 1,500 real estate lawyers worldwide.
