Carlo Salizzo
Global law firm Dentons has appointed Carlo Salizzo as a partner in its technology, media and telecoms (TMT) practice in Dublin.
Mr Salizzo, who joins the firm today, specialises in technology and commercial contracts, digital regulation, data protection, privacy, intellectual property and consumer law.
He brings in-depth knowledge of Irish and EU regulation, regularly guiding clients through complex legal and commercial challenges, particularly those involving technology, data, and AI matters.
Mr Salizzo is dual-qualified in Ireland and New Zealand and will meet increasing demand for multi-jurisdictional advice in a rapidly evolving sector.
His appointment follows that of partner David Kirton, who joined the Dublin TMT practice in October 2025.
Paul Jarvis, CEO of Dentons UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME), said: “We are pleased to welcome Carlo to our Dublin office.
“His hire will enable us to expand our TMT work with Ireland’s large domestic and multinational companies and financial institutions and deliver an integrated pan-European technology and regulatory service for our TMT clients.”
Eavan Saunders, managing partner for Dentons in Ireland, said: “Carlo’s appointment will accelerate our growth in Dublin, enhance our ability to support European-headquartered tech companies, and strengthen our outstanding local team’s connections with Dentons’ global TMT platform.
“His expertise positions us to deliver seamless, multi-jurisdictional solutions in an increasingly regulated sector, supporting both our strategic goals and our clients’ evolving needs.”
