A new all-Ireland law firm, McKenna Maye Legal, is offering bespoke legal support to private clients and businesses across the island of Ireland.
The firm, founded by Eoghan McKenna and Gerard Maye, brings together decades of experience in high-stakes criminal defence, fraud and regulatory investigations.
With a focus on early legal intervention, reputational protection and cross-border insight, McKenna Maye aims to provide trusted guidance to individuals and businesses when it matters most.
Mr McKenna said: “We act quickly and with purpose — because the first steps often shape the outcome. Whether someone is facing investigation or simply needs trusted advice, we offer a calm, confidential space to take control before matters escalate.”
McKenna Maye positions itself as the first private client law firm to offer truly integrated legal support north and south of the border, as well as into England and Wales where necessary.
Mr McKenna is dual-qualified in both jurisdictions and is the current chair of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s criminal committee.
Mr Maye has built a respected defence practice in London and the south-east of England, recognised by Chambers UK and Legal 500 for his work in serious fraud and complex investigations.
Mr Maye said: “Early action can often prevent a public trial, reduce costs, and protect a client’s name. We’re here to support not just the legal case, but the wider human and reputational pressures that come with it.”
With roots in Belfast, Dublin, Tyrone and London, the firm will provide services to professionals, families, company directors and high-net-worth individuals navigating crisis, scrutiny or regulatory exposure.
