Eoghan Curran

MSM Law has appointed solicitor Eoghan Curran.

Mr Curran brings experience in criminal law, civil litigation, healthcare legal services and inquests, supporting the firm’s investment in specialist, accessible advice.

A University of Galway law graduate, he began his career with the Directorate of Legal Services, which serves Northern Ireland’s health and social care sector. After training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, he gained experience in criminal, civil litigation, private client and family law. He later advised and represented the Coroner’s Office in inquests and related litigation, including complex cases involving healthcare, public authorities and medical evidence.

His key interests include criminal law, civil litigation and medical negligence investigations, where preparation and attention to detail can be decisive.

Commenting on his appointment he said: “Every client deserves to understand where they stand from the very beginning. Whether someone is facing criminal proceedings, involved in civil litigation or dealing with a complex investigation, careful preparation and clear advice can make a significant difference. My focus is always on understanding the detail, protecting my client’s position and working towards the best possible outcome.”
