Keoghs, the legal solutions arm of Davies, has appointed Michelle McCullough and John Guerin as partners in Northern Ireland.

Both joining from Clyde & Co, they enhance the firm’s regional presence and signify its ongoing commitment to providing expert legal support in the jurisdiction.

Ms McCullough joins the property, risks and coverage (PRC) team, bringing over 15 years’ experience advising insurers on high-value property damage claims and complex coverage issues.

She will play a key role in expanding the PRC offering and strengthening legal services for clients in Northern Ireland.

Mr Guerin joins with decades of experience in dealing with motor, employers’ liability and public liability claims for many of Ireland and the UK’s top insurance companies.

His background also includes representing healthcare professionals in disciplinary proceedings before regulatory bodies and he will focus on historic abuse cases.

Victoria McLean, lead partner at Keoghs in Northern Ireland, said: “We are thrilled to have Michelle and John join our growing team.

“Their combined expertise and deep understanding of the Northern Ireland landscape will be instrumental in strengthening our client offering.”
