Ms Diver, who qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has more than five years’ experience in the aviation sector, has joined the aircraft leasing business as assistant vice-president, counsel.

She will provide legal advice and counsel for actions regarding matters which may have a sizeable impact on ACG’s business activities and operations.

Elizabeth Stevens, senior vice-president for human resources, IT and communications, told Irish Legal News: “The ACG team is proud to have brought Heather aboard.

“Her years of prior legal experience in the aviation leasing industry will be a tremendous asset for our Dublin branch to lean on throughout future negotiations and contracts.”

ACG, a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corporation, leases around 480 aircraft to around 95 airlines in around 45 countries. Headquartered in Newport Beach, California, the company maintains a global presence with representatives in Dublin, Madrid, Santiago, Seattle, Shanghai, Singapore and the UK.
