Mr Lacken succeeds David Lawless, who continues as a consultant and a member of the tax team.

Mr Lacken advises across all tax heads on a broad range of matters, including structured finance, securitisation products, investment funds, real estate, banking, leasing, distressed debt, international tax reporting obligations and Revenue interventions.
