Dentons welcomes David Kirton as Dublin TMT partner

Global law firm Dentons has recruited David Kirton as a partner in its technology, media and telecoms (TMT) practice in Dublin.
Mr Kirton brings extensive experience advising Irish and international businesses on TMT matters including complex technology transactions, Irish and EU technology regulation, strategic contracts and sourcing, and the development, protection and exploitation of intellectual property and data.
He advises clients across a range of sectors including technology, medtech, pharmaceuticals, financial and professional services and consumer businesses.
A dual-qualified lawyer in Ireland and England and Wales, he joins Dentons’ TMT team covering the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME).
