Damien Keogh SC appointed to board of Peter McVerry Trust

Solicitor Damien Keogh SC has been appointed to the board of directors of the Peter McVerry Trust.

Mr Keogh is one of four new members appointed to the homelessness charity’s governing body as it undergoes governance and financial restructuring.

The new board members bring a wealth of expertise across HR, communications, law, arbitration and safeguarding to the organisation.

Mr Keogh is the principal of DKA Solicitors, which specialises in construction and engineering law. He is also managing director of DKADR Limited, where he practices as an arbitrator, mediator, adjudicator and conciliator.

Tony O’Brien, chairperson of the board of directors, said: “I’m delighted to welcome all of our new board members to Peter McVerry Trust. Their expertise and commitment will be invaluable as we begin a new chapter for the organisation.
