Northern Ireland commercial law firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin has once again achieved the internationally recognised Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.

The IIP standard sets the benchmark for effective leadership, support, and development of people to deliver sustainable results.

Cleaver Fulton Rankin exceeded legal industry benchmarks during its 2025 independent assessment, which included employee surveys and interviews.

The firm said the achievement highlights its dedication to fostering a people-centric culture and continuous improvement in engagement, communication, and work practices.

In 2025, the firm introduced several initiatives to enhance employee experience and professional development, including the launch of a new human resources information system (HRIS), an internal training programme and a refreshed diversity and inclusion strategy.

The initiatives build on the firm’s earlier success in achieving the Silver Diversity Charter Mark.

Rebecca Russell, HR manager at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, said: “We are proud to have retained the Investors in People accreditation, which recognises the highest standards in people management.

“This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a positive, and supportive workplace where our people can thrive and develop.

“We will continue to collaborate with our employees to review and enhance our practices, ensuring that wellbeing, engagement, and growth remain at the heart of our culture.”

Jonathan Forrester, managing director, added: “Our success as a business is built on the strength and quality of our people.

“We are delighted to have once again achieved outstanding results within the Investors in People framework.

“This accreditation reinforces our commitment to a robust people management strategy and ongoing development across the organisation.”
