Belfast lawyer Gillian Shaw appointed senior legal counsel at Diaceutics

Belfast solicitor Gillian Shaw has been appointed as senior legal counsel at AIM-listed medical technology company Diaceutics plc.
Ms Shaw joins the company from Invest Northern Ireland, where she worked as general counsel. Prior to this, she worked as a solicitor in Cleaver Fulton Rankin and the Belfast office of Arthur Cox.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2006.
Belfast-headquartered Diaceutics is a data analytics and implementation services company focussed on the global pharmaceutical industry.
The company was founded in 2005 and went public in 2019. It currently has a market capitalisation of £93.6 million.
