The report showcases ALG’s performance across key areas including; environmental sustainability, community engagement, pro bono, ESG advisory for clients and inclusive and supportive working environment.

Key highlights from the report include:

• Environment: 4 per cent reduction in carbon footprint compared to 2024 with the firm on track to reduce its footprint by 50 per cent by 2030 under its science-based targets.
• Social impact: 800+ student experiences delivered through its education and employment programmes.
• Pro bono work: 75 per cent of ALG lawyers delivering 13,000+ hours of pro bono in 2025, including supporting 81 child refugees with family unification.
• People: strong engagement from colleagues with over a quarter supporting our internal committees and networks.
