Insurance, corporate, commercial property and public sector law specialist firm Holmes has appointed Mark Healy as a senior associate solicitor in its insurance litigation unit. Mr Healy returns to the firm, where he completed his traineeship in 2005, from global law firm Kennedys.

Holmes has promoted Stephen Walker to partner in the firm's corporate team. Mr Walker joined Holmes in 2020 as of counsel, having previously spent over 14 years with Dublin law firm Whitney Moore, including eight years as its managing partner.

Holmes has promoted debt recovery specialist Jacci Fox to director. Ms Fox joined the firm in a support role in the commercial unit in 1988 before moving to a legal executive role two years later. She took over management of the recovery unit in 2000 and, having completed the Smart Choice leadership
