Key appointments at Holmes
Harry Fehily, Sandra Egan, Dearbhla Considine and James O’Mahony
Holmes has announced the appointments of Dearbhla Considine as of counsel and James O’Mahony as senior associate in its real estate unit.
Dearbhla Considine joins Holmes with more than 20 years’ experience as a real estate transaction lawyer and real estate professional support lawyer in large Dublin law firms. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, real estate finance and the real estate aspects of domestic and international corporate M&A transactions.

Mr O’Mahony joins the firm with more than 15 years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development projects, secured lending and large portfolio transactions. He has held senior roles in private practice and inhouse, most recently as senior legal counsel in the renewable energy sector, advising on property and commercial aspects of onshore wind, solar and battery storage projects.
At Holmes, he will focus on commercial property, development work, complex leasing arrangements and propertyrelated financing.
