Mr O’Byrne joins the firm from Matheson, where he spent more than 18 years, most recently as a partner in its asset management department. A financial services lawyer, he advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions, investment banks and asset management companies carrying on business through Irish-domiciled investment funds and management companies.
