Pinsent Masons turnover rises to €810m

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has reported a 7.2 per cent increase in revenue to €809.6 million in its most recent financial year.

Profit per equity partner rose by 2.93 per cent to reach €949,000 in the year ending 30 April 2025, according to the firm’s unaudited financial results.

There were a number of promotions and appointments in Ireland during the financial year, with the promotions of corporate lawyer Dorian Rees and IP lawyer Karen Gallagher to partner, and corporate lawyer Sarah Hope to legal director, bringing the firm’s partner and legal director headcount in Ireland to 16.

Over the same period, the firm welcomed 10 associate lawyers across its funds, IP, corporate, projects, property, TMT and employment law teams in Dublin.

“There has been a noticeable increase in international M&A and private equity transactions in Ireland and our sectoral and multidisciplinary expertise has enabled us to advise clients on complex strategic deals across a range of sectors including renewable energy, financial services, infrastructure, technology, business services, consumer, diversified industrials and healthcare.

“Making a social impact in our local and global communities is a firm commitment and we’re proud to have increased our engagement in pro bono work in Ireland.
