Barrister and Employers Federation Northern Ireland managing director Peter Bloch has passed away.
Mr Bloch died unexpectedly on Thursday 9 October, according to a notice published by FuneralTimes.
In a statement, the Employers Federation said: “The team are heartbroken by the loss of our colleague and friend.
“Peter was a complete gentlemen, respected leader — his support and guidance was deeply valued by all, as we are seeing from the messages of condolences being shared with us from business and legal communities.
“Our thoughts are with Peter’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.”
A celebration of Mr Bloch’s life will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday at 2pm.
