Pádraig Langsch and Kathriona Cunnane launch innovative 'e-lawyering' firm

Dublin lawyers Pádraig Langsch and Kathriona Cunnane have announced the launch of a new firm, Langsch & Cunnane Solicitors, which is embracing “e-lawyering” and remote working.

The new firm has a virtual office based at the Citywest Business Campus in Dublin 24, but both partners are working remotely — an arrangement which they say will benefit clients by reducing costs.

“This new model of delivering legal services also considers the increased need to conduct business in an environmentally responsible manner, especially considering the energy crisis which Europe is facing at the moment, while maintaining the highest quality of our services,” the firm told Irish Legal News.

“We can meet clients through various online platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meets or, in the alternative, book a consultation room if necessary.”

Before becoming a solicitor in 2021, Mr Langsch was a barrister in the Law Library for four years, representing clients in complex litigation matters before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. He has a particular interest in criminal defence, immigration law and childcare law.

Ms Cunnane qualified as a solicitor in 2018 after a decade as a legal executive. She has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injuries, medical negligence, road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, landlord and tenant disputes, family law, wills and enduring powers of attorney and licensing law matters.
