Mr Rath brings experience advising on structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations, private credit and asset-based finance. He advises banks, alternative lenders, asset managers, investors and issuers on a broad range of Irish and cross-border transactions, including in relation to the structuring, establishment, financing and operation of Irish special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and other Irish investment structures.

He is recognised by leading legal directories including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. Mr Rath is joined at Arthur Cox by Clare Mannion, of counsel in the structured finance and securitisation group.
