OSM Partners names three new associates

Dublin firm OSM Partners has announced the appointment of three new associates across its personal insolvency, commercial litigation and property teams.

Robert Georgiou, new associate in personal insolvency and mortgage litigation, joined the firm two-and-a-half years ago. He has acted before the Circuit and High Courts on behalf of financial institutions, receivers, blue chip companies and private clients.

Mr Georgiou came to OSM Partners with five years’ experience in New Zealand, where he also spent two years in the litigation department of a top tier commercial firm and three years as a Crown Prosecutor.

Jesika Loughran, new associate in the commercial litigation department, has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters residential and commercial property, litigation, debt recovery and private client matters to include, such as family law, probate and licensing.

Prior to joining the team, Ms Loughran trained and qualified in a general practice in Dublin where she represented clients before the Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in litigation matters ranging from adverse possession, title rectification, personal injuries, injunctive reliefs and mortgage litigation. She is currently researching the legal and ethical challenges of surrogacy in Ireland for her Master’s Degree in Advanced Legal Practice.

Dylan Walsh is a property solicitor with extensive experience in the areas of conveyancing, probate, wills and estate planning. He acts in the disposal and acquisition of both residential and commercial property, providing advices on security related matters and looking after probate matters to include estate planning.

Mr Walsh’ss clients include financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers and private clients. He is currently undertaking a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Corporate Restructuring with the Law Society of Ireland to enhance his client services in this area.
