New guidance for the instruction of experts in civil claims in Northern Ireland’s High Court has been published.
The 16-page document aims to assist litigants, those instructing experts and experts to understand best practice in dealing with cases justly.
It includes a copy of the expert’s declaration which must be signed and included in any expert reports.
