Mr Justice Michael Peart
Mr Justice Michael Peart will chair the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association (KSBA) conference later this month, ahead of his retirement from the Court of Appeal bench in October.
The annual one-day conference at the K Club in Straffan on Friday 27 September will offer seven hours of CPD.
Speakers will include barrister Geraldine Fitzpatrick on the Domestic Violence Act 2018, legal costs accountant Denis Shelly, solicitor Louise O’Donovan with a conveyancing update, and barrister Mark O’Riordan on contentious probate matters.
Later in the day, the conference will hear from solicitor Keith Walsh on Section 150 notices, solicitor David Gibbons on personal injury litigation, solicitor Stephan Walsh on capacity issues, and solicitor Helen Coughlan on cohabitation issues.
