Ms O’Hare brings over 10 years’ experience advising on commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection.

She also has specialist expertise in technology and innovation-related agreements, including software development and licensing.

Ms O’Hare is dual-qualified in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
