Mills Selig has strengthened its corporate practice with a series of senior appointments and promotions.
The expansion reinforces the Belfast-based law firm’s position as a leading adviser on complex, high‑value corporate transactions across Northern Ireland and beyond.
Led by managing partner Chris Guy, the expanded corporate team includes senior partner John Kearns, partners Glenn Watterson and Darren Marley, and newly appointed commercial partner Aisling O’Hare.
Ms O’Hare brings specialist expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, and innovation-driven agreements, further strengthening the firm’s growing commercial practice.
The firm has also promoted Lyndsey McSherry and Emma McCloskey to senior associate, recognising their contribution to the team’s transactional success and reflecting Mills Selig’s commitment to developing and retaining outstanding internal talent alongside its strategic lateral hires.
Mr Guy said: “This has been a significant year for our Corporate team, driven by strong client demand and the quality of our people. These appointments and promotions ensure we are well placed to support clients on complex transactions, while continuing to invest in the next generation of talent.”
