McInnes Dunne Murphy is a specialist boutique employment law firm which has grown significantly in the past number of years, with seven specialist employment lawyers now at the firm.

Ms McDermott joins the firm from a top five firm, having trained and qualified in a boutique employment specialist firm. Ms McDermott advises on a range of employment law issues and has experience in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the High Court. Ms McDemott is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland and also sits on the DSBA employment law committee.
