McCann FitzGerald appoints Ciara O'Leary as partner in investment management group

McCann FitzGerald has appointed Ciara O’Leary as partner in the firm’s investment management group.

Ms O’Leary focuses her practice on investment funds, advising fund promoters and fund service firms on all matters relating to the establishment, authorisation, operation and ongoing maintenance of funds.

She advises on all types of funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds (AIFs).

She has extensive experience handing matters pertaining to ETFs, alternative or structured UCITS and the use of derivatives and financial indices within the UCITS space.

Ms O’Leary also advises regularly on sustainable finance issues within the investment funds space.

She is a member of the Irish Funds’ ETF working group.

“With over 20 years of experience, Ciara will significantly enhance our firm’s portfolio in this crucial growth sector,” the firm said.
