As part of a series of events to mark 20 years in Ireland, the Maples Group hosted around 700 guests at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin for an evening of celebration.

Peter Stapleton, regional head of EMEA, said: “Celebrating 20 years in Ireland is a very proud moment for the entire Maples Group and a testament to the strength of our people, our clients and our partners.

“Our growth in Ireland over two decades is a strong example of the long-term value that international investment brings to the Irish economy.

“From establishing our presence in Dublin in 2006 to creating several hundred high-quality jobs, making a multimillion-euro investment in our Dublin office and advising on some of the largest deals in the market, we have made a meaningful contribution to Ireland’s reputation as a location where global businesses can build, scale and succeed.”

Stephen O’Donnell, global head of fiduciary, said: “We are delighted to mark this very special occasion in Dublin alongside our clients and international colleagues as we look ahead with great optimism to the next exciting chapter of our growth in Ireland.

“Our success in Ireland has been built on innovation, collaboration and a truly integrated approach to client service. Over the past two decades, our Dublin colleagues have helped to create an unrivalled legal and financial services offering, while making a meaningful contribution to both Ireland’s financial services industry and in the wider professional community.”
