The appointments form part of a wider global promotions round totalling 11 partners and 14 of counsel across the Maples Group.

Funds and investment management lawyer Richard O’Mahony and finance lawyer Una Killeen are the two new partners in Ireland.

The new of counsel are Caitriona Clear, Colm O’Donoghue, Nuala Clarke and Adam Sinclair in the funds and investment management team and Ann-Marie Donovan in the finance team.

The promotions follow the firm’s recent recruitment of funds and investment management partner Sergey Dolomanov.
