Siobhán Lafferty

Ms Lafferty, who has over five years’ experience as a solicitor, advises clients on a broad range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

She advises on all issues that arise from the employer-employee relationship, including disciplinary investigations, litigation, the termination of employment contracts, recruitment, redundancies, fixed-term and agency workers legislation, working time legislation, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal/discrimination complaints, equality law, health and safety, corporate immigration and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

She has advised sporting bodies and athletes on a variety of issues relating to employment issues, child protection issues, selection disputes and competition law queries.
