LK Shields promotes Seanna Mulrean and Shane Neville as partners

Dublin firm LK Shields has announced the promotion of Seanna Mulrean and Shane Neville as partners in the corporate & commercial and litigation & dispute resolution departments respectively.

Ms Mulrean specialises in projects, public procurement and energy and natural resources, has expertise in a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (in particular cross-border transactions), and advises on commercial contracts.

Mr Neville advises on many aspects of general and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and acts in a wide range of commercial disputes, including professional indemnity disputes, energy/oil industry disputes, insurance/policyholder disputes, insolvency disputes and large-scale banking disputes.

His experience includes large-scale disputes before the Commercial Division of the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
