The pair join the firm as property solicitors following the successful completion of their traineeships, during which they gained strong practical experience and commercial awareness.

Ms Barrett advises on the acquisition, sale and leasing of both commercial and residential property. She acts for landlords, tenants and developers, and also has experience in probate and estate planning, including drafting wills and administering estates. 

Mr Lawless advises financial institutions on secured lending transactions. He has experience in a variety of conveyancing matters, including commercial lease agreements and the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial and residential property.

Their admission as solicitors further strengthens the firm’s property offering, following the recent appointment of Denise Dockery as a partner.
