Ms Lanigan brings a wealth of experience to the firm, specialising in advising financial institutions, credit servicing companies and SMEs on mortgage and commercial litigation, asset and debt recovery and enforcement of security.

She also has extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters and advising receivers on their appointments over certain assets.

A graduate of the University of Wales, Ms Lanigan is dual-qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales.
