Matt Higgins

The firm was established in 1996 by founding partners Matt Higgins, Michael Hollywood and Damian Deazley, starting with just two staff members in a small office on the Cliftonville Road. 

Over the years the firm steadily expanded, later operating from two separate offices before bringing both teams together into our current purpose-built office on the Oldpark Road.

It has now grown into a thriving firm of more than 25 staff with specialist teams advising clients across a wide range of legal services including litigation, family law, criminal defence, property and probate.

The partners paid tribute to retired founding partner, Michael Hollywood, who helped shape the firm during its early years and continues to be reflected in its values today.

Mr Higgins said: “Our staff are the heartbeat of our firm.  From our legal professionals to our essential support teams, their hard work and resilience have allowed us to navigate 30 years of legal evolution while maintaining the highest levels of service for our clients.”
