Gibney Hogan LLP has announced that Sarah Bruen has joined the firm as a partner, leading the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice.
Over the course of her career she has represented both domestic and international clients, state bodies, insurance companies, insurance brokers, SMEs and high net worth individuals. Ms Bruen’s practice has spanned a wide range of commercial disputes including insolvency, shareholders rights and company law, intellectual property rights and regulatory issues. However, coming from a family background in insurance, Sarah has a particular interest in insurance and coverage disputes.
