The firm has appointed Malachy Hagan to head its remortgage team and Matthew Fitzpatrick to head its litigation team.

Meanwhile, Kevin Hagan joins the firm’s conveyancing team, Rosaleen McGinn join the debt and insolvency team, and James Ferrin joins the litigation team.

Managing director Robert Sinclair told Irish Legal News: “Our firm has recently experienced growth in all areas of property, both commercial and domestic together with new large sites for development some of which have been purchased from Cerberus and Nama.

“We have also seen growth in all areas of litigation particularly commercial and construction litigation. This has increased our work load substantially.

“We have taken on new banking work from a lot more UK banks and their lending with the addition of development finance coming into the market makes us optimistic for 2017.”
