DLA Piper promotes Barry Noonan and Conor McEneaney to partnership

DLA Piper has announced that Barry Noonan and Conor McEneaney have been promoted to the firm’s global partnership.
Barry Noonan joined DLA Piper Ireland in 2021 and is an experienced real estate lawyer specialising in commercial property transactions. He played a key role in the firm’s real estate team advising on the four largest commercial property deals in Ireland in 2025. Having previously been based in the Middle East, Barry also brings significant international experience in the hospitality sector and regularly advises on hotel and leisure transactions in Ireland and internationally.
Conor McEneaney joined DLA Piper Ireland in 2019 and advises clients on intellectual property, technology and commercial contracts, with a particular focus on complex outsourcing and technology-driven transactions. He has extensive experience across systems integration, managed services and shared services, and is a trusted adviser on the technology, IP and data aspects of joint ventures and M&A, as well as licensing and strategic collaboration agreements.
