The new website launched yesterday but some parts of it, including the judgments page, are still in the process of being upgraded.

The upgrade aims to “improve the user experience, meet accessibility requirements and reduce the average reader age to overall better meet the needs of all our users”, the Courts Service said.

As a result of the upgrade, some pages which users might have bookmarked may no longer be available. The Courts Service has advised users to “take the time to check and update any of the pages you might use regularly”.
