Cormac McGrady

Mr McGrady trained at William Fry and spent two years in its corporate / M&A department before moving to London where he worked as a private equity lawyer with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Ropes & Gray and most recently Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Mr McGrady advises private equity sponsors, institutional investors and corporates on complex, cross-border acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, disposals, public-to-private deals, and minority investments. His experience also includes advising on alternative and structured liquidity solutions, including GP-led continuation fund transactions, preferred equity, co-investments, and joint ventures with complex capital structures.
