Cleaver Fulton Rankin director Sinead Stewart has been presented with the Professional Services Excellence award at the Women in Business NI Awards 2026.

The award recognises women who consistently exceed expectations in a professional services environment.

Ms Stewart is a director in the banking and finance department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, with over 19 years’ experience in her field. She also serves as joint trainee director, supporting the recruitment and development of the firm’s trainee solicitors.

A dual banking and real estate finance specialist, she is widely recognised for combining technical excellence with strong commercial insight.

Commenting on her win, Ms Stewart said: “I am delighted to have won the Professional Services Excellence Award at this year’s Women in Business NI Awards. It was a privilege to be nominated alongside so many talented professionals.

“I would like to congratulate all the winners and finalists on their achievements. It is wonderful to see women from such a diverse range of professions being recognised for their contributions to our local community and economy.”

In addition to Ms Stewart’s win, one of the firm’s trainee solicitors, Sarah Lyle, was a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year category, and the firm as a whole was a finalist for the Advancing Diversity in the Workplace award.
