Catriona Henderson joins Walkers in London

Walkers has strengthened its Irish asset finance practice with the appointment of Catriona Henderson as of counsel.
Ms Henderson, who will be based in the London office, joins with 16 years of post-qualification experience advising on complex asset finance transactions, significantly strengthening Walkers London-based offering. She trained at Watson, Farley & Williams, qualifying there, before moving to White & Case, and joins Walkers from Reed Smith, where she has practised since 2016.
She has extensive experience advising on aviation and shipping matters and supports clients across the full lifecycle of transactions, from inception through to closing. She is known for providing pragmatic, commercial advice on complex and highly structured mandates.
Based in London, Ms Henderson will work alongside partner Donna Ager and associate Sophia Hitchcock, and as part of their wider Irish asset finance team, working closely with Dublin-based partners Matt Hedigan and Killian McSharry.
